Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To start a return, email sales@dyneperformance.us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Digital products
Digital downloads (guides, PDFs) are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be returned.
